AB  - Ovim radom istraženo je postojeće stanje i funkcionalnost drvorednih stabala javora (Acer L.) koji se koriste za ozelenjavanje ulica koje su najfrekventnije u pogledu intenziteta saobraćaja, načina korišćenja i mera održavanja zelenila (ulicama I i II reda) na teritoriji opštine Stari grad (Beograd). Na istraženom području od ukupno 39 ulica ovih kategorija, drvoredi javora zastupljeni su u dve od 15 ulica I reda i u 10 od 24 ulice II reda. Utvrđeno je da je ukupan broj drvorednih stabala, koje pripadaju vrstama iz ovog roda 735. Evidentirane su 4 vrste javora: Acer pseudoplatanus L, Acer platanoides L, Acer campestre L. i Acer saccharinum L. Najzastupljenija vrsta ovde je A. pseudoplatanus sa ukupno 442 (60,1%) stabla, srednje ocene vitalnosti 3,6. Zatim slede: A. platanoides sa 213 (28,9%) evidentiranih stabala i srednjom ocenom vitlanosti 3,5; A. campestre sa 72 (9,8%) evidentirana stabla i ocenom 3,1 i A. saccharinum sa 8 (1,09%) drvorednih stabala i ocenom 2,3. Utvrđeno je da je jedan od glavnih faktora smanjenja funkcionalnosti drvorednih stabala javora na istraženom području primena mere nege prevršavanje kruna, što potvrđuju i druga istraživanja.
AB  - This research investigated the existing conditions and functionality of rows of maple trees (Acer L.) (which are traditionally used in our country for urban greening) in the streets that are the most frequent in terms of traffic intensity, ways of use and measures to maintain greenery (streets of the I and II order) on the territory of the municipality of Stari grad (Belgrade). In the investigated area a total of 39 streets of these categories were surveyed. Rows of maple trees are represented in 2 out of 15 streets of the I order and in 10 out of 24 streets of the II order. It was determined that the total number of trees belonging to the species of this genus is 735. Maple species recorded are: Acer pseudoplatanus L, Acer platanoides L, Acer campestre L. and Acer saccharinum L. The most represented species here is A. pseudoplatanus with a total of 442 (60.13%) trees, and an average vitality score of 3.6. They are followed by: A. platanoides with 213 (28.98%) recorded trees and an average vitality score of 3.5, A. campestre with 72 (9.80%) recorded trees and a rating of 3.1 and A. saccharinum with 8 (1.09%) trees and a rating of 2.3. One of the main factors in reducing the functionality of maple tree street rows in the study area was the application of the tree topping care measure.

AB  - This study investigated the effects of urbanization on the spatial distribution, sources, and levels of heavy metals pollution in urban soils of the city of Belgrade. A total of 126 composite topsoil (0-10 cm) and subsoil (10-40 cm) samples was collected within four urban zones (central, suburban, external, and rural) of Belgrade and analysed for content, spatial distribution, sources, and pollution indices using statistical methods including descriptive statistics, correlation matrix, and Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Concentration levels of zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), and nickel (Ni) in the soil of urban zones in Belgrade were found to be significantly higher in the central and suburban zones compared to the external and rural ones. The spatial variance and the general trend of heavy metals accumulation in the soil were found to be along the urban-rural gradient. The topsoil concentration levels for the same elements were higher compared to the subsoil concentration levels for the same elements in all urban zones, except for the external and the rural zones. These results indicate the need for the implementation of urban soils pollution monitoring according to specific urban zones to provide an applicable basis for the development of plans and strategies concerning urban soil use management for the purpose of the sustainable urban development.

Uporedna analiza strukture travnjaka duž saobraćajnica u Beogradu

AB  - Istraživanja obuhvataju uporednu analizu structure i florističkog sastava različitih tipova travnjaka duž saobraćajnica Beograda (travne površine kružnih tokova, razdelnih traka, površina u neposrednoj blizini saobraćajnica i travne površine saobraćajnica prvog reda). U analizama su korišćeni rezultati florističkih istraživanja iz 2002. godine, kao i rezultati terenskog istraživanja sprovedenog tokom 2019. godine. Na istraženim travnim površinama duž Beogradskih saobraćajnica evidentirano je ukupno 114 biljnih vrsta, među kojima najveći broj pripada kategoriji korovskih vrsta. Zakorovljenost travnjaka saobraćajnica posledica je specifičnih uslova sredine koji vladaju na ovim tipovima zelenih površina i pogoduju naseljavanju i širenju korovskih vrsta, ali i slabijeg intenziteta negovanja i održavanja. Taksonomska analiza je pokazala da je nakon 17 godina došlo do smanjenja broja familija i rodova na istraživanom području. Evidentirana je apsolutna dominacija biljaka iz grupe hemikriptofita u oba istraživana perioda. Rezultati istraživanja služe za davanja smernica i preporuka za unapređenje stanja i strukture travnjaka duž Beogradskih saobraćajnica. Takođe, oni čine i osnovu za budući izbor adekvatnih vrsta trava za zasnivanje novih kao i reparaciju postojećih travnjaka, odnosno u širem smislu za održivo upravljanje zelenim površinama duž gradskih saobraćajnica.
AB  - The research includes a comparative analysis of the structure and floristic composition of different types of lawns along Belgrade roads (grass areas of roundabouts, dividing strips, areas near roads and grass areas of first order roads), their floristic composition, as well as determining changes over a period of 17 years. The analyses are based on the results of floristic research from 2002, as well as the results of field research conducted during 2019. A total of 114 plant species were recorded on the studied lawns along Belgrade roads, among which the highest proportion belongs to the category of weed species. The taxonomic analysis has shown a reduction in the recorded number of families and genera over the study period of 17 years Both studies indicate the absolute dominance of plants from the group of hemicryptophytes. The results of the research are used to provide guidelines and recommendations for improving the condition and structure of lawns along Belgrade roads. Also, they provide the basis for the future selection of adequate types of grass for the establishment of new lawns, as well as the repair of the existing ones, i.e. for the sustainable management of green spaces along city roads.

AB  - U ovom radu sprovedena je analiza farmakodinamskih svojstava lekovitih biljaka u okviru osam odeljenja SP "Šuma Košutnjak". Inventarisanjem lekovite flore na ovom području utrvđeno je prisustvo 101 lekovite vrste. Na osnovu opšteprihvaćene metodologije za analizu farmakodinamskih svojstava, svi lekoviti taksoni su svrstani u ukupno 14 grupa. Dobijeni rezultati farmakodinamske analize pokazuju dominaciju droga koje leče kardiovaskularni, digestivni i respiratorni sistem. Imajući u vidu značaj ovih istraživanja kako bi se, ne samo utvrdila brojnost i farmakodinamska svojstva prisutnih lekovitih vrsta, već i stvorila realna osnova za njihovo racionalno korišćenje u budućnosti, neophodno je nastaviti sa monitoringom na celokupnom području SP "Šuma Košutnjak".
AB  - In the paper was conducted analysis of pharmacodynamic properties of medicinal plants within eight departments of NM "Šuma Košutnjak". Inventory of medicinal flora at this area established presence of total 101 medicinal plants. Based on generally accepted methodology for pharmacodynamic properties analysis, all medicinal taxa were classified in 14 groups. Obtained results show domination of the plants that treat cardiovascular, digestive and respiratory system. Bearing in mind the importance of this research, not only for establishing number and pharmacodynamic properties of medicinal plants, but also for creating a realistic basis for their reasonable utilization in the future, it is needed to continue with monitoring at the whole area of NM "Šuma Košutnjak".

AB  - One of the largest and permanent sources of various types of urban city environment pollution is road traffic. From the aspect of the city's climate, large asphalt surfaces (occupied by city roads) have an effect on urban area overheating, increasing thermal islands effect in the city and reducing the air humidity in the immediate environment. By establishing roadside green spaces, the negative microclimate consequences. that traffic in the city produces. can be greatly reduced. This paper investigates the impact magnitude of roadside green spaces (over two years periods and during different seasons) to the modification of microclimate conditions (urban air temperature and humidity) as climate factors that most affect the comfort of life of people in the city. The results and conclusions of this paper provide useful recommendations and guidance that can be applied in the planning, design and management of roadside green spaces to adapt cities to ongoing climate change.

AB  - Istraživanja obuhvataju uporednu taksonomsku i fitogeografsku analizu sastava travnjaka duž saobraćajnica Beograda. Komparativnom analizom uzetih rezultata došlo se do zaključka da je 2019. godine utvrđena manja heterogenost flornih elemenata i taksona biljaka na istraživanim travnjacima duž saobraćajnica Beograda u odnosu na stanje iz ranijeg peroda, što je posledica prisustva intenzivnijih mera nege istraženih travnjaka kao i znatnog uticaja antropogenog faktora koji su doveli do homogenizacije flore.
AB  - This study was done with the aim to comparatively analyze the taxonomic and phytogeographical spectrum of lawns along the Belgrade roads. The analysis was done using the results of a floristic research done in 2001, combined with results of the field research conducted in 2019. A comparative analysis of the obtained results has shown that a lower heterogeneity of the floral elements and plant taxa was recorded in the studied lawns in 2019, when compared to the previous research period. Such a reduction in heterogeneity is the result of more intensive measures of lawn care, and of a stronger anthropogenic influence, which has led to a homogenization of the lawn flora.

AB  - U okviru ovog rada vršena je inventarizacija lekovitih vrsta na području SP "Šuma Košutnjak" u okviru osam odeljenja. Ukupno je utvrđena 101 lekovita biljka na celokupnom području istraživanja. Determinisanje lekovitih vrsta vršeno je na osnovu odgovarajućih literaturnih izvora. Pored toga, u istraživanju je sprovedena taksonomska analiza, zatim definisanje flornih elelemenata i, najzad, određivanje životnih formi determinisanih vrsta. Rezultati taksonomske analize na celokupnom području istraživanja pokazuju najveću zastupljnost familija Lamiaceae (12 predstavnika) i Rosaceae (10 predstavnika), dok su sve ostale familije znatno manje zastupljene. Što se tiče zastupljenosti flornih elemenata na celokupnom području istraživanja, utvrđeno ih je ukupno 27, među kojima brojnošću dominiraju subsrednjeevropski (18 vrsta) i evropski (16 vrsta), dok su svi ostali znatno manje zastupljeni. U pogledu životnih formi, dominiraju hemikriptofite sa 45 vrsta, potom slede fanerofite sa 23 i, najzad, terofite sa 10 predstavnika. Razlike između pojedinih odeljenja ustanovljene su samo u pogledu broja lekovitih vrsta.
AB  - In this paper, determination of medicinal plants was performed within eight departments in the area of the Šuma Košutnjak Natural Monument. Overall, a total of 101 medicinal plants were established in the whole research area. The identification of medicinal plants was conducted according to appropriate references. In addition to this, taxonomy analysis, defining of floral elements and finally determining of life forms for the recorded species were also performed. As for the taxonomy analysis, the greatest abundance in the whole research area was found for families Lamiaceae (12 representatives) and Rosaceae (10 representatives), while all other families are not so much present. There are overall 27 floral elements in the whole research area and among them, most of them belong to submideuropean (18 individuals) and European (16 individuals) floral elements, while the share of all other floral elements is much smaller. As for the life forms, the most dominant are hemicryptophytes (45 representatives), then phanerophytes (23 representatives) and finally therophytes (10 representatives). Differences between some departments have been established just in terms of the number of medicinal plants.

AB  - The negative influence of automobile traffic in the urban environment is manifested in emissions of various air pollutants (dust, soot. smog and other), expansion of urban heat island, decreased humidity, increased wind speed and other. Urban green spaces and especially the ones near roads with heavy traffic, covered with various plant material, can have a major role in suppressing the environmental consequences (influence on microclimate conditions, absorption of different pollutants, reduction of wind speed and other) caused by the traffic. The wind is an important environmental factor that has a direct effect on people and other environmental factors that together influence the state of the city's comfort. Strong and long-lasting winds, on the other hand, can he an important factor for city safety. In the paper, we start from the assumption that roadside green spaces have a positive effect on wind speed reduction in the nearby area and that the size of that effect depends on the cover. dendrology structure and the size of green space. The research has been conducted on five representative green spaces along the main traffic roads in the area of New Belgrade. a municipality of Serbian capital, Belgrade. Results show that: roadside green spaces. with surface areas ranging from 0.7-1.4ha. have positive impact on wind speed reduction, reducing it by 0.5-1.5rtv's in the nearby urban surroundings; amount of influence of those green spaces on wind speed reduction depends on dendrological structure and coverage of green space; intensity of wind speed reduction is not proportionate to the size of those green spaces. The results of this paper can be used for planning and establihment, as well as for maintaining this category of green spaces in the city.

AB  - Istraživanja su sprovedena u provenijeničnom testu bukve osnovanom na teritoriji Nastavne baze "Majdanpečka domena" Šumarskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu. U radu su prikazani rezultati koji se odnose na morfološka i anatomska svojstva peteljke bukve na nivou 8 provenijencija sa područja jugoistočne i srednje Evrope. Što se tiče morfoloških parametara, analizirani su: dužina, širina i debljina peteljke. Od kvantitativnih anatomskih parametara (koje je moguće numerički opisati) istraživani su širina i debljina centralnog cilindra, dok su deskriptivno analizirani sledeći elementi anatomske strukture peteljke: tip, oblik i broj sprovodnih snopića. Na bazi dobijenih vrednosti koeficijenta varijacije, utvrđeno je da najmanju varijabilnost pokazuju dva elementa-širina i debljina peteljke, dok je najveća varijabilnost zabeležena kod dužine peteljke.
AB  - The research was conducted as part of a beech provenance test established in the area of `Majdanpečka domena` Teaching Base of the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade. The paper presents the results on morphological and anatomical features of the beech petiole from 8 provenances originating from southeastern and Central Europe. Morphological parameters included the analysis of the length, width and thickness of the petiole. The quantitative anatomical elements that can be numerically described included the width and thickness of the central cylinder. Some elements related to the anatomical structure of the petiole such as the type, shape and number of vascular bundles were also described. Based on the obtained values of the coefficient of variation, the smallest variability was observed for the width and thickness of the petiole, while the length of the petiole showed the greatest variability.

Na bazi dobijenih vrednosti koeficijenta varijacije, utvrđeno je da najmanju varijabilnost pokazuju dva elementa-širina i debljina peteljke, dok je najveća varijabilnost zabeležena kod dužine peteljke., The research was conducted as part of a beech provenance test established in the area of `Majdanpečka domena` Teaching Base of the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade. The paper presents the results on morphological and anatomical features of the beech petiole from 8 provenances originating from southeastern and Central Europe. Morphological parameters included the analysis of the length, width and thickness of the petiole. The quantitative anatomical elements that can be numerically described included the width and thickness of the central cylinder. Some elements related to the anatomical structure of the petiole such as the type, shape and number of vascular bundles were also described. Based on the obtained values of the coefficient of variation, the smallest variability was observed for the width and thickness of the petiole, while the length of the petiole showed the greatest variability.",

AB  - The paper deals with content of heavy metals in groundwater and surface water. Bearing on mind a huge problem related to pedunculate oak forests decline in the area of Ravni Srem, it is necessary to conduct an appropriate monitoring of water quality. AB  - Automotive traffic in cities is considered one of the permanent and key sources of various types of pollution in the urban environment. Urban roads have a particularly negative impact on the climate of the city. Large areas under asphalt cause overheating of cities, as a result of increased temperature and decreased air humidity, thus affecting the overall urban comfort. Roadside green spaces are elements of the city structure that directly contribute to the mitigation of negative consequences produced by the city traffic. Plant material, as part of green spaces, significantly contributes to the improvement of environmental quality, above all, benefiting the urban microclimate. The information on the plant cover of green spaces (the percentage share, especially of woody plant material) and their dendrological structure for the intensity of air temperature and humidity modification as the most important climate characteristics of the city are of great importance in the process of planning and management of urban green spaces. This paper investigates the impact of plant cover and dendrological structure of roadside green spaces in the area of Belgrade on the modification of air temperature and humidity in the immediate urban environment. The results and conclusions of this paper provide guidelines for the process of planning, management, design and establishment of roadside green spaces in order to adapt cities to climate change.

Understanding Summer Visitors and Their Attitudes to the Kopaonik National Park, Serbia

AB  - Kopaonik Mountain is the oldest ski resort in Serbia and the most visited mountain as it has good facilities for both summer and winter outdoor recreation. Kopaonik is distinguished by a high level of biodiversity and it has been a national park since 1981. The aim of the present study is to understand the visitors' attitudes related to this area and to incorporate them with the purpose of improving the management of the natural and recreational resources of this protected area. A face to face survey was carried out in order to examine the ways, in which visitors use this area, to see if they are satisfied with the management of Kopaonik Mountain and to examine their attitudes towards the improvement of the recreational area of Kopaonik. The results show that middle-aged employers, who prevail among the tourists questioned, visit the mountain once per year (during spring or summer) and stay for 7-10 days. People mostly come from the capital city of Belgrade and visit the ski areas of Kopaonik Mountain for passive vacation and leisure activities (walking and enjoying nature). The findings indicate that some socio-demographic data such as gender and age are related to the use of the recreational areas. This case study provides some useful information and suggestions for the park managers to make improvements in the future.

AB  - Mt. Kopaonik is distinguished by a high level of biodiversity. In 1981 Kopaonik is promoted into the National park within former Social Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Part of the National park is known as the oldest and the biggest ski resort in Serbia. The aim of this study was to determine key environmental factors influencing a floristic composition of a surveyed ski trails. The data set included 58 phytosociological releves recorded between 2010 and 2013. A total of 322 plant species was recorded in the analyzed ski areas of the Mt. Kopaonik taxonomically belong to 42 families and 136 genera. The main environmental gradients of species composition were analyzed by Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA). Ecological indicator values were used for ecological interpretation of ordination axes. The results of the DCA indicate that the main environmental gradient in the plant species composition of the ski trails was related to the moisture and nutrients. This is due to construction and the maintenance of ski slopes. The represented study gives useful information for the future maintenance of the ski slopes (primarily mowing, grazing, fertilize and overseeding) and selecting species for seed mixtures for restoration of ski slopes.

AB  - Osnovni element rekreativnih površina na otvorenom koji omogućava obavljanje rekreativnih aktivnosti na najprijatniji i najprirodniji način jeste travnjak. U disertaciji se iznose rezultati strukturnih, ekoloških i socioloških istraživanja travnjaka tri tipa rekreativnih površina: trim-staza, kejova i ski-staza. Istraživanjima su obuhvaćene: trim-staze na lokalitetima park-šuma Košutnjak, Spomenik prirode Obrenovački Zabran, izletište Ada Ciganlija, Spomenik prirode „Bojčinska šuma‟ i park-šuma Šumice; šetališta uz vodene tokove (kejovi) u Beogradu, Novom Sadu i Nišu; ski-staze na planini Kopaonik. Cilj rada je sagledavanje strukture travnjaka i odnosa među biljkama koje ga čine radi dobijanja novih podataka o rasprostranjenju biljnih vrsta, specifičnostima istraživanih tipova travnjaka, odgovarajućim vrstama biljaka za setvu, potrebnom načinu nege i održavanja, radi obezbeđivanja kvalitetne podloge za rekreativne aktivnosti. Cilj rada je i razumevanje potreba korisnika i integrisanje njihovih mišljenja i stavova u proces planiranja, upravljanja i unapređenja stanja rekreativnih površina. Strukturna analiza travnjaka rekreativnih površina proučena je na osnovu 248 fitocenoloških snimaka koji su uzeti standardnom metodom Braun Blanquet-a (1964). Pri analizi strukture travnih površina biljne vrste su svrstane u kvalitetne grupe po uzoru na revidiranu metodu Šoštarić-Pisačić (1974), koja je dopunjena od strane Stavretovića (2002). Ukupan broj evidentiranih biljaka je 686, među kojima su 34 invazivne biljne vrste. Najveći broj biljaka konstatovan je u travnjacima rekreativnih površina kejova (348), zatim na ski- stazama (322), dok je najmanji broj vrsta evidentiran u travnim površinama trim-staza (276). Najveći broj biljaka koje su zabeležene na svim lokalitetima pripada grupi ostale zeljaste biljke, a znatno manji broj pripada kategoriji kvalitetne trave. Ovaj podatak se podudara sa činjenicom da je najveći broj zapaženih biljaka okarakterisan kao korov ili uslovni korov na travnjacima trim-staza i kejova...
AB  - The main element of the open recreational areas, which allows the performance of recreational activities in the most pleasant and most natural way, is the lawn. The dissertation presents the results of structural, ecological and social research of lawns on three types of recreational areas: fitness trails, quays and ski-slopes. Investigations included paths at locations such as Košutnjak park forest, Natural Monument "Obrenovački Zabran", Ada Ciganlija resort, Natural Monument "Bojčinska šuma" and park forest Šumice; walksides along the watercourses (quays) in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš; ski slopes on Mt. Kopaonik. The aim is to review the lawn structure and the relationship between plants within for obtaining new data on the distribution of plant species, the specifics of the studied types of lawns, appropriate types of plants for planting, the appropriate means of care and maintenance, in order to provide a useful baseline for recreational activities. The aim is the understanding of user needs and integrates their opinions and attitudes in the process of planning, management and improvement of recreational areas. Structural analysis of the lawns on recreational areas was studied on data set containing 248 of phytocenological relevés that were taken using the standard method of Braun- Blanquet (1964). When analyzing the structure of grassland plant species are classified in quality group based on the revised method of Šoštarić-Pisačić (1974), as amended by Stavretović (2002). The total number of plants was 686, including 34 invasive plant species. The largest number of plants was recorded in the grasslands of quays (348), followed by the ski-slopes (322), while the lowest number of species recorded was on the grass fitness trails (276). The largest number of plants that were recorded in all localities belong to a group of other herbaceous plants, a much smaller number belongs to the category of high-quality grass. This data coincides with the fact that the largest number of noteworthy plants designated as weeds or conditional weeds on jogging paths and quays...

Pri analizi strukture travnih površina biljne vrste su svrstane u kvalitetne grupe po uzoru na revidiranu metodu Šoštarić-Pisačić (1974), koja je dopunjena od strane Stavretovića (2002). Ukupan broj evidentiranih biljaka je 686, među kojima su 34 invazivne biljne vrste. Najveći broj biljaka konstatovan je u travnjacima rekreativnih površina kejova (348), zatim na ski- stazama (322), dok je najmanji broj vrsta evidentiran u travnim površinama trim-staza (276). Najveći broj biljaka koje su zabeležene na svim lokalitetima pripada grupi ostale zeljaste biljke, a znatno manji broj pripada kategoriji kvalitetne trave. Ovaj podatak se podudara sa činjenicom da je najveći broj zapaženih biljaka okarakterisan kao korov ili uslovni korov na travnjacima trim-staza i kejova..., The main element of the open recreational areas, which allows the performance of recreational activities in the most pleasant and most natural way, is the lawn. The dissertation presents the results of structural, ecological and social research of lawns on three types of recreational areas: fitness trails, quays and ski-slopes. Investigations included paths at locations such as Košutnjak park forest, Natural Monument "Obrenovački Zabran", Ada Ciganlija resort, Natural Monument "Bojčinska šuma" and park forest Šumice; walksides along the watercourses (quays) in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš; ski slopes on Mt. Kopaonik. The aim is to review the lawn structure and the relationship between plants within for obtaining new data on the distribution of plant species, the specifics of the studied types of lawns, appropriate types of plants for planting, the appropriate means of care and maintenance, in order to provide a useful baseline for recreational activities. The aim is the understanding of user needs and integrates their opinions and attitudes in the process of planning, management and improvement of recreational areas. Structural analysis of the lawns on recreational areas was studied on data set containing 248 of phytocenological relevés that were taken using the standard method of Braun- Blanquet (1964). When analyzing the structure of grassland plant species are classified in quality group based on the revised method of Šoštarić-Pisačić (1974), as amended by Stavretović (2002). The total number of plants was 686, including 34 invasive plant species. The largest number of plants was recorded in the grasslands of quays (348), followed by the ski-slopes (322), while the lowest number of species recorded was on the grass fitness trails (276). Na ovaj zaključak nas navodi činjenica da je u analiziranim travnjacima značajno prisustvo biljaka koje deo setvene mešavine kao i prisustvo invazivnih vrsta.

In the research at seven localities of this settlement 72 plant species were recorded. Out of that number, 11 plant species (15.30%) were characterised as invasive and potentially invasive. Conducted research has shown that lawns of Dorćol residential areas are significant corridor of potential spread of present invasive plant species, according to proximity of neglected and unregulated areas of the Danube River. Care and maintenance measure applied in lawns of residential areas are at a lower level than required. This conclusion was made at the fact that in the analyzed lawns is the high presence of the plants which are not a part of seed mixture as far as the presence of invasive plant species.

AB  - Na zelenim površinama škola mogu se javiti različite biljne vrste. Pojedine vrste mogu imati invazivni karakter ili poseduju alergena svojstva. Invazivne i alergene vrste mogu imati veoma nepovoljan uticaj na zdravlje ljudi, a posebno na zdravlje dece predškolskog i školskog uzrasta. Shodno tome, prisustvo ovih vrsta na zelenim površinama škola nije poželjno. U ovom radu je analizirana struktura zelenih površina škola u Obrenovcu, kao i prisustvo vrsta sa invazivnim i alergenim svojstvima. Pored čestica pepela u vazduhu poreklom iz termoelektrane 'Nikola Tesla', nije zanemarljivo ni prisustvo alergenih invazivnih vrsta poput ambrozije koja je vrlo raširena na teritoriji opštine Obrenovac. Kombinacija ova dva faktora može bitno uticati na zdravlje dece školskog uzrasta, kao i odraslih. Invazivne i alergene vrste su zastupljene u značajnom broju na zelenim površinama obrenovačkih škola. Najveći broj invazivnih zeljastih vrsta zabeležen je u dvorištu škole 'Jovan Popović', dok je najveći broj alergenih zeljastih vrsta uočen na zelenoj površini OŠ 'Jefimija'. Invazivnih drvenastih vrsta nije bilo, osim u dvorištu OŠ 'Jovan Popović'. Najveći broj stabala vrsta čiji polen prouzrokuje jake alergijske reakcije evidentiran je u OŠ 'Jovan Jovanović Zmaj'.
AB  - On the green areas of schools may appear different plant species. Some of them have invasive characteristics or possess allergenic features. Invasive species and allergens have a very negative impact on human health, especially the health of preschool and school age children, and also of adults. Accordingly the presence of these species on green areas of schools is not desirable. This paper analyzes the structure of greenery school in Obrenovac, and the presence of invasive and allergenic species. By analyzing the results, it was concluded that the mentioned species are present in significant numbers in the studied areas. The largest number of invasive herbaceous species recorded in the school yard, 'Jovan Popović', while the largest number of allergenic herbaceous species observed on the green surface of school 'Jefimija'. Invasive woody species was not present, except in the school yard 'Jovan Popovic'. The largest number of species of trees whose pollen causes severe allergic reactions recorded in school yard 'Jovan Jovanović Zmaj'.

AB  - Invazivne vrste negativno utiču na bioraznolikost ugrožavajući opstanak autohtone vegetacije. Globalno, smatraju se drugom najvećom pretnjom biodiverzitetu (odmah nakon neposrednog uništavanja prirodnih staništa). Takođe, njihovo prisustvo može izazvati zdravstvene probleme kod ljudi (alergijske reakcije), zbog čega se dodatno smatraju nepoželjnim u gradskim parkovima, oazama urbanih prostora. U radu je analizirano prisustvo invazivnih i potencijalno invazivnih biljnih vrsta u travnjacima parkova Beograda. Istraživanja su sprovedena u okviru 10 parkova i ukupno je evidentirano 184 biljne vrste. Od ukupnog broja, 23 vrste karakterišu se kao invazivne ili potencijalno invazivne. Procentualna zastupljenost invazivnih vrsta po parkovima kreće se u graničnim vrednostima (5,08 % - 17,39 %). Najveća zastupljenost invazivnih vrsta u odnosu na ukupan broj vrsta evidentirana je u parku Manjež 17,39 %. Izvršena istraživanja su pokazala da je u svakom parku bar na jednom lokalitetu zabeleženo postojanje invazivne vrste, što može potencijalno da naruši kvalitet celog sklopa. Takođe je primećeno neravnomerno održavanje jedne parkovske celine, čime se narušava prvenstveno dekorativni, vizuelni izgled parka. Istraživanja prisustva invazivnih vrsta moraju se sprovoditi u kontinuitetu, sa ciljem preduzimanja adekvatnih mera koje bi doprinele smanjenju njihovog širenja i broja.
AB  - Invasive species have a negative impact on biodiversity threatening the survival of native vegetation. Globally, it is considered as the second greatest threat to biodiversity (immediately after destruction of natural habitats). Their presence can also cause a serious threat to the health of human (allergic reaction), which makes them unwanted in urban parks, which is oasis in urban space. In this paper the presence of invasive and potentially invasive plant species in lawns of parks in Belgrade has been analyzed. Research was completed in 10 parks and 196 plant species are found. Out of that number, 23 plant species (12.5%) were characterized as invasive and potentially invasive. Percentage of invasive species distribution in parks ranged within limit values of (5.08% - 17.39 %). The highest distribution of invasive species, compared to total number of species, was recorded in lawns of park Manjež (17.39 %). Completed studies have shown that in each park at least at one site noted the existence of invasive species, which could potentially undermine the quality of the whole assembly. It was also observed uneven maintenance of a park unit, thus causing primarily decorative, the visual appearance of the park. Research the presence of invasive species must be carried out continuously, in order to take adequate measures that would contribute to reducing their number and spread.
