Varijabilnost morfometrijskih karakteristika lista crne topole sa područja Vojvodine

Abstract

Morfološka istraživanja unutarpopulacione i međupopulacione varijabilnosti lista crne topole urađena su na nivou dve prirodne populacije sa područja Vojvodine. Analizirano je 9 morfometrijskih karakteristika lista. Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju da u okviru populacija kao i između njih postoji značajana varijabilnost. Morfološka difereniciranost je jasno vidljiva u prosečnim vrednostima analiziranih parametara i statistički značajnim razlikama između srednjih vrednosti. Zapaženo je i da je varijabilnost unutar populacija znatno više izražena od varijabilnosti između populacija. Ujednačenost ekoloških uslova istraživanih populacija navodi na pretpostavku da je utvrđena varijabilnost posledica specifičnosti analiziranog genofonda istraživanih populacija.

A morphological study of intra and interpopulation variability of black poplar leaves was conducted in two populations in the area of Vojvodina. Nine morphometric parameters of leaves have been analyzed. The results indicate that there is considerable variability within and between the populations. Morphological differentiation is clearly represented with the average values of analyzed parameters and a statistically significant difference between the mean values. On the basis of the obtained data, it has been concluded that the variability within the two populations is much more expressed than the variability between them. The uniformity of environmental conditions of the studied locations indicates that this variability is a consequence of the specific gene pool of the studied populations.
