AB  - This paper presents a mathematical model and numerical analysis of the convective drying process of small particles of potatoes slowly moving through the flow of a drying agent - hot moist air. The drying process was analyzed in the form of a one-dimensional thin layer. The mathematical model of the drying process is a system of two ordinary non-linear differential equations with constant coefficients and an equation with a transcendent character. The appropriate boundary conditions of the mathematical model were given. The presented model is suitable in the automated control. The presented system of differential equations was solved numerically. The analysis presented here and the obtained results could be useful in predicting the drying kinetics of potatoes and similar natural products in a conveyor-belt dryer.

AB  - U radu su prema proračunu proizvodnosti sečke koja je potrebna za gasifikaciju u demo CHP postrojenju radi kogeneracije električne i toplotne energije, analizirani iverači prema: vrsti mobilnosti, pogonu za iveranje i načinu dopremanja sečke do mesta iveranja. Postrojenjem je planirano dobijanje električne energije snage 200 kWe. U razmatranje su prvo uzeti iverači srednjeg kapaciteta koji uglavnom služe za iveranje granjevine i lišća koje ostaje nakon seče zasada po uglavnom ravničarskim predelima i parkovima. Kasnije su date uporedne karakteristike najveća tri svetska proizvođača mašina za proizvodnju sečke znatno većih količina (do 30 m3/h). Ovi iverači naročito su pogodni za veću gustinu zasada i stacionirane baze na koje bi se granjevina donosila i iverala. Na kraju su analizirani tipovi konvektivnih sušara koje bi se uspešno koristile za sušenje sečke (dobošaste i pneumatske sušare) i na osnovu proračuna predloženi su tipovi sušara koje se mogu nabaviti na domaćem tržištu.
AB  - In this paper according to the calculation of chips productivity needs for gasification in the demo CHP plant for co-generation: electricity and heat, chippers were analyzed due to: the type of mobility, running for chipping and the method of delivering chips to temporary yard. The plant was planned to generate electricity power up to 200kWelec. First, in consideration were taken the chippers with medium capacity, which mainly served for chipping brushwood and leaves that remain after harvest plantations on mostly flat terrain and parks. Later, the comparative characteristics of the world's three largest manufacturers of machinery for the production of wood chips significantly larger amounts (up to 30m3/h) were given. These chippers were particularly suitable for the higher density of crops and stationed yard, in which brushwood would be brought and chip. At the end, the types of convective dryers were analyzed that could be successfully used for drying wood chips (drum and pneumatic dryer) and based on the calculation proposed the types of dryers that were available in the local market.

AB  - Kako u Srbiji ne postoje zvanične procene raspoloživosti biomase prema međunarodno priznatoj metodologiji, ovaj rad predstavlja pokušaj da se na bazi prikupljenih podataka iz šumske seče i prerade drveta te procene izvrše. U radu se ukazuje na oblasti u Srbiji sa najvećom sečom i drvnim otpatkom, kao i na vrste drvne industrije koje ga proizvode. U industriji prerade drveta razmatrana je potrošnja energije u primarnim tehnologijama. Izračunata je količina drvnog otpatka neophodna da dobijanje električne energije za potrebe primarne prerade. Izvršena je procena količine otpatka i cene 1kWh za rad demonstracionog CHP postrojenja snage 200 kWe, za kombinovanu proizvodnju toplotne i električne energije, koje je u izgradnji u okviru projekta TR-33049, koje finansira Ministarstvo prosvete i nauke Republike Srbije. Objašnjena su dva principa rada CHP postrojenja, sa i bez Stirlingove mašine, kao moguća rešenja za pomenuto demo postrojenje. .
AB  - As in Serbia, non-existent official estimates of biomass availability to the internationally recognized methodology, this paper attempts to collect based data from forest harvesting and wood processing, and perform assessment. The paper points out the regions in Serbia, the largest producers of scrap wood forest after logging, as well as the type of timber industries that produce it. In the industrial processing of wood energy consumption is considered in primary wood processing technologies. The consumption of wood waste necessary for obtaining electrical energy is calculated. Estimation of the amount of scrap and the price of kWh of electrical energy is done for the demonstration CHP plant power 200 kWe, for heat and electricity, which is under construction on Project No. TR-33049 financed by the Ministry of Education and Science Republic of Serbia. At the end, the two principals of working CHP plant are given, with and without Stirling machine, as a possible solution for the mentioned demo plant. .
